refactor(advertisement): 将广告相关ID类型由Integer改为Long

- 修改实体类Advertisement中id、type和position字段类型为Long
- 同步更新AdvertisementController中删除接口参数类型为List<Long>
- 调整AdvertisementListVO中id、type和position字段类型为Long
- 更新AdvertisementSaveRequest中id、type和position字段类型为Long
